Ingredients:

1½ cups orzo
4 slices bacon
1 cup sliced green onions
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
½ cup toasted pine nuts
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
¾ teaspoon Morton® Season-All® Seasoned Salt

NOTE: May substitute 1 tablespoon of fresh basil and 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano for Italian seasoning.

Directions:

1. Cook orzo as directed on package. Drain well; set aside.

2. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels and crumble. Drain drippings, reserving 2 tablespoons. Return drippings to same skillet. Add green onions; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until tender-crisp.

3. Stir in orzo, bacon, ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese and remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
