Ingredients:

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 egg
1 cup ketchup, divided
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 tablespoon finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon Morton® Season-All® Seasoned Salt
½ teaspoon basil leaves
½ teaspoon oregano leaves

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix first 8 ingredients, reserving 1/4 cup ketchup, in large bowl until well mixed. Shape into 8 steak patties. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan.

2. Mix reserved ¼ cup ketchup, basil and oregano; spoon over steak patties.

3. Bake 35 minutes or until cooked thorough.
